Does a request create an account?
No. We review requests before offering access. An invitation lets you complete account setup; a request does not guarantee one.
Is the beta a finished product?
No. It is a small research beta focused on existing tenancies, rent records and evidence. Future capabilities are clearly marked as coming soon.
Will Holt send messages or draft legal documents for me?
Those capabilities are unavailable in this beta. AI notices and tenancy agreement drafting remain in development pending legal and rights review.
Will the product stay free?
Access is free during this research beta. We have not announced later pricing.
